The Custodian Way Foundation, supported by The Custodian Way Brands, is committed to feeding 150 determined children daily in their schools.
All donations are 100% tax-deductible, and we proudly pass on every penny to the children, with The Custodian Way covering all administrative costs. Together, we’re not just providing meals—we’re feeding futures.
Building The Custodian Way
After meeting and connecting over a mutual love for health and a passion for using it as a vehicle for change, our co-founders, Matthew Stewart and Ryan Tiernan, have been pursuing The Custodian Way values, vision and mission ever since.
Beginning his journey to elevate the lives of others in 2012, Matt’s first company ventures (founding Peak Sports and Spine Centre and co-founding Employ Health) set him on a path to helping people create unforgettable pages in their stories. Joining Employ Health in 2015, Ryan and Matt quickly connected and became inspired to further enrich people’s lives through The Custodian Way. Grateful for their tribes, both past and present, Matt and Ryan continue to pursue their mission to help others experience powerful Impact Moments that can help them maximise their full potential.
